With Growth comes opportunity and we are growing! *Corix Water Products* has immediate openings for highly motivated, collaborative and committed individuals to fill *Outside Sales Representative* position who will assist with the branch in *Roseberg, Oregon*. Ideal candidates for our Outside Sales positions will possess experience within the water works industry. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for actively engaging in the market to secure sales from customers. They develop new customers and maintain existing customers to increase business for the organization. * Maintains regular contact with customers and prospects through customer site visits and meetings to cultivate and develop a client base and ensure project pipeline. Source new customers to expand business and increase sales. * Seek to understand customer's needs and looks for opportunities to expand business by offering other goods or services. Source information about client's business to anticipate opportunities to provide products and service to the customer. * Obtain customer's project plans, specifications and their list of required materials and supplies. * Submits quote to customer outlining pricing of all required supplies and materials for the customer's construction bids. * Maintain project information and keeps up to date on status to secure bid results as soon as announced. Keep in contact to find out which customer was awarded the contract (the lowest bidder) within 24 hours of the of customer's bid acceptance. * Immediately follow-up with customer to secure order for CWP. Secure letter of intent/purchase order. * Communicate quote acceptance with all Corix Water Products branches so team knows who will be managing the job order/client. * Manage customer order to completion including: price material for customer with various vendors, purchase materials for customer; schedule and track delivery and flow of materials to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customer; resolves any issues that arise; ensure customer is invoiced for products by creating invoices or following-up with team member sending invoices; collect on invoices if issues arise. Two (2) years experience in construction industry sales or a Bachelors degree preferably in marketing, business or related field. Must hold a valid drivers license and have car for use on job.
