Job Description
Retail Representative
Our representatives will assist customers with Health Insurance Open Enrollment from Nov 15 - Feb 15, with opportunities for advancement beyond that time. Additionally, no cost training is available to diversify and add to your earning opportunity. These representatives will have the unique opportunity to work in a brick and mortar retail tax preparation office and meet with both walk in and referred customers interested in purchasing health insurance. We are accepting resumes at this time and will contact qualified candidates for an initial phone interview.
Location: Nationwide in select locations.
Compensation: Attractive compensation available for all products / carriers. Additional income available for reps that are cross trained to assist with tax preparation!!!
Leads: Reps will have access to hundreds of existing and prospective customers via our alliance with a major tax preparer.
Marketing: Representatives receive all of the marketing materials in an online format for easy use.
Training: Representatives receive all training via on demand online video and traditional training.
Support: Each Representative is paired with both internal and external carrier support team to assist with all marketing and sales.
Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidates will be organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals seeking the opportunity to truly determine how much they are worth.
Desired Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of email, CRM and related office software. Driven by face-to-face sales and opportunities.
Desired Experience: Background and experience selling life and health insurance to customers face-to-face could be beneficial, however, it is not required.
*100% Commission Based with Production Bonus. Hourly Rate for Tax Preparers.
**Must possess or obtain valid life insurance license in good standing by November 1st, xxxx.
***Non-Licensed positions for tax preparers may also be available in select areas.
