The terms are open ended as long as it is agreeable with both parties and payable weekly so as to allow someone to get into Denver and get their feet on the ground while searching for long term housing if you've got a couple days/weeks between getting out of one place and into another. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. The stay includes a washer/dryer and internet, along with a private room and full sized bed. I have cat, so those with allergies are probably incompatible.
