We are looking for a fifth roommate in a townhouse in old town. There are restaurants and bars, a grocery store, and public transportation within a 5 minute walk of the house. The neighborhood is quiet (mostly families), and has free parking for residents. There are currently 3 girls and a guy living here, as well as a sweet and shy little pit bull. We are all young professionals (25 and younger). We are looking for a roommate who will be respectful of communal space. The room for rent is $500 with utilities running on average $100 for internet, electricity water (less during good weather, slightly more in colder months).
