I'm looking to sublet my room for spring and summer quarter (starting late March - September). I am looking for a male or female (co-ed house) to take over the lease of my room in a 8 bedroom house on 50th and 16th. The house has 3 floors, four bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one bedroom on the first floor (the room I?m currently leasing), and three bedrooms in the basement. There's a bathroom on each floor, a kitchen, fully furnished, washer and dryer included. The room has a bed, a desk, a couch, a small coffee table and a nice built in closet. Rent is $588 a month.
