Job Description
Looking for an addition to our team in the form of a transaction coordinator. PDX Home Group of Keller Williams is consistently ranked as a top producing team in the NW. Led by Steve Roesch the team consists of 5 agents, listing specialist, and...hopefully you as our new transaction coordinator. Flexible in office hours. Pay DOE. Candidate need not be licensed, but does need solid real estate transaction knowledge. Those without real estate, mortgage lending or escrow transaction knowledge need not apply.
The perfect candidate will possess the following skills:
1. Create online real estate virtual files and share with brokers via paperless system, google drive and dropbox
2. Collaborate forms needing signatures on both sales and listings with agents and principals
3. Collaborate, collect and review required title documents
4. Follow up with cooperating agents, clients, title to collect missing documents
5. Follow a transaction data checklist and monitor files in Top Producer
6. Tracking timelines and share with brokers on line and in person
7. Assist all team members with preparation of offers and addenda
8. Assist in negotiations of short sales.
9. Fill out and submit broker demands
10. Track all passwords via shared document
