Front Desk Clerk, seasonal - (Canyonville) in Roseburg, Oregon For Sale

**POSITION PURPOSE:** Responsible for assisting guests with placing reservations, registration, check in and out and payment posting using the Opera software system. Also responsible for answering telephones, filing and stocking gift gallery. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Assists guests by telephone and in person. * Places reservations for guests using the Opera software system. * Assists guests with registration and check in and out. * Answers telephones and routes to appropriate location. * Posts payments received from guests using the Opera software system. * Files various documents related to the RV Resort. * Assists the Office Manager with various tasks. * Stocks items in the gift shop. * Knowledgeable of resort layout and amenities and is able to explain the layout and amenities to guests. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * High School Diploma or GED Certificate required. * 1 year experience working in a RV Resort or in the hospitality industry. * Experience making reservations required. * Able to follow verbal as well as written instructions. * Basic clerical/administrative experience. * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once. * Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills. * Basic computer computer skills in Microsoft Office programs. * Current and valid Oregon Drivers License with the abiity to qulaify for the UIDC Drivers Program. * Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards avaolable). *Location:* OR-Canyonville - Seven Feathers RV Resort *Division:* Seven Feathers RV Resort *Position #:* xxxx00 *# of openings:* 1
