Now seeking Independent Recruiters. We are looking for aggressive experienced recruiters to recruit for several positions available. This is a opportunity to work from your office and recruit operators that have experience in Van, Reefer, Flat Bed, Step Deck, and Heavy Haul. You can recruit Owner Operators, Drivers, Teams, Solo?s, Fleets, and Small Trucking Companies. You must be a experienced recruiter with a proven track record. Requirements:
? You must have recruiting experience. We are not currently excepting trainees at this time
? You must have experience in the trucking industry
? Phone skills are very important
? Follow up is a must
? Must be self motivated
? You must have an office that consist of a phone, computer, internet connection, fax, scanner, copier
? You must be detailed with your paperwork
? We require daily/weekly calls to discuss you potential recruits. You must be available and prepared to give a detailed overview
? Previous sales experience is not required but is a befit
